VB1- Whole grain, vege, fruits
VB2- Cheese,meat, fish
VB3- Broccoli, fish
VB4- Most Food
VB6- Bananas, potatos
VB9- Eggs,Meat,fish,milk products

Eggs,liver and nuts are good for skin.

VC- fruits, green vege
VD- tuna, eggs and milk
VE- Almost all food
VK- Broccoli , avocados
