Wanna know how to calculate the protein intake daily ??

take your weight in pounds (1 kg= 2.2 pound ) x 1 to 1.5 and divide it by the number of meals you take in a day. If you take 3 meals divide by 3 and if u take 5 meals divide by 5 and thats the amount of protein is needed.

im getting whye protein i guess for faster results in bodybuilding.
